Tim Waugh

Tim Waugh provides commercially-relevant strategic guidance to our R&D efforts. Tim is well known in the transplant community for his role as Vice President, Transplant Sales & Marketing at Roche where he led the development of commercial and medical strategy at global level and oversight of implementation across >50 global affiliates. At Roche, Tim established the Roche Organ Transplant Research Foundation providing over $US 60 million in grants to leading transplant centers around the world. More recently, Tim served as Vice President, Strategic Development at Vitaeris (acquired by CSL Behring) where he helped guide the pre-commercial strategy to advance the anti-interleukin 6 monoclonal antibody, clazakizumab, into a global Phase 3 development program for antibody mediated rejection in kidney transplantation. Tim has served as a commercial consultant to numerous large pharma and biotechnology companies in various therapeutic areas, but is personally dedicated to the field of solid organ transplantation and advancing new therapeutics for patients who need them.
